Message at 24:30. We may like the sound of the idea or thought that everyone has a place–everyone has a unique personality, God-given strengths and purpose in God’s dreams for the world and humankind. But we regularly experience a different reality in the places where we live, work, learn and play: only some can stand out; only some can contribute meaningfully; only a few can lead; and so on. But Jesus proves it from start to finish with his movement: All kinds of personalities, backgrounds, stories, strengths and weaknesses became a part of his world-restoring dream. That’s why we’re starting this new series to help each other discover more of our personality, strengths, weaknesses…to discover and live more in our place.

From Series: "Everyone Has a Place"

In this series, we want to help people come to a deeper understanding about what makes you you and about how everyone has a place in Jesus’s mission. We want to equip people with spiritual (as well as scientific and psychological) perspectives about personality. We want to help people appreciate how God equips each person with strengths and purpose in God’s dream for humankind and the world. We want to explore and share tools and practical knowledge with folks to help everyone live into the joyful reality that everyone has a place in the mission of Christ. In the end, we want to help each person come alive in their Spirit-ignited true self in a way that blesses them, God and others.
