Sometimes even when you've made it far down the road with spiritual awakening and change, you still carry the heaviness of old patterns of thinking, feeling, and behaving. This week we're working together on Step 6 and Step 7 of AA--steps that culminate "in dropping the rock—all the stubborn, grasping, stupid holding on to old patterns of behavior, thinking, and feeling that are harmful to our progress in recovery.” Join the community and conversation!
