Why do people pray? What does prayer even do? For instance, if we don’t ask God to deliver us from evil does God just leave us endangered? We've explored how one purpose of prayer might be that it changes our hearts, minds, and spirits--but does anything happen with God’s "mind" and "heart" when we pray?
